“Golden Sun” Demonstration Project---21MW Rooftop Solar PV Project in Liyang City Jiangsu Province

The project with total installed capacity 21MW was approved as 2011“Golden Sun” demonstration project in China. Located in Liyang Economic Development Zone, it uses polycrystalline modules and connects 400V directly to the user side grid. After the project is completed, it is estimated that it will generate 23.1 million KWH annually and will help save 9240 tons of standard coal, cut down 24000 tons of CO2 emission, reduce 203 tons of SO2 emission, decrease 92 tons of NOx emission and cut 157 tons of dust discharge yearly. It makes a great contribution to the economy, society and the environment protection.

The project is invested by Shanghai Kunhaoxin Energy Technology Co.,Ltd. and is carried out in Energy Management Contract mode. CECEP Oasis won the bid of 17MW EPC which has already been tied to the grid in October 2012 and has worked well till now.
